A Deathly Commission

This A4 acrylic painting of a Bad Taste Bears character was a commission for a surprise birthday gift. It was decided to take the Death character and add some menace and dramatic lighting to the normally static figure. 

Rather than emblazon the image with a large 'Happy Birthday', it was decided to keep things subtle and simply att the lettering to the blade of the scythe.

The image was painted on A4 size Watercolour board using liquitex heavy body acrylics.
