Nursery Crime Bears

Event Bear - Peter Underhill has designed a fantastic new Event figurine - 'Fanny' the fan dancer. Limited to just 500 pieces worldwide, on ordering your ticket you will have the option of purchasing the figurine for £25. The bear is restricted to 1 per person attending. On ordering there is no restriction on the number you can purchase, however each person cannot collect more than 1 event bear from the event. If you purchase 3 bears there must be 3 people attending the event to collect the bears.

16" Dark Vibe - We can also reveal an awesome new 16" bear in the form of Dark Vibe! Limited to just 150 worldwide he comes with a numbered and signed certificate of authenticity.

On ordering your tickets, Members will have the option of securing a 16" statue. Dark Vibe is limited to Members Only and to 1 per member. This is to ensure that as many Members as possible who are coming to the event get the chance to get a 16" Dark Vibe statue.

On ordering Dark Vibe you will have 2 options for payment:

• Pay the full £100 up front with your ticket
OR
• Pay a £30 deposit when ordering your ticket, with the balance of £70 required by 31st March.

Deposits will be completely non-refundable. You will be responsible for calling us on 0191 4881155 to make the £70 balance payment before the deadline, failure to do this will result in you loosing your deposit and your bear being re-sold.

You can make the balance payment at any time before 31st March.

A small number of the 16" Dark Vibes will also be available from retailers.

Event Gift - On entrance to the event you will be given a goody bag, including a Fanny enamel badge in a flocked black presentation box and event certificate.

Entertainment and Dress Code - We've managed to get not just one, but two fantastic dancers for this event who who will be performing both individually and together..... Missy Malone is a heady cocktail of 1950's bombshell and classic rock chick. With her stunning original look and jawdropping routines she's an accomplished and sought-after performer on the Burlesque scene.When Leyla Rose steps on stage, a hush comes over the room and she has the audience ransfixed. This femme fatal is sure to leave a lasting impression.

The theme of the Event is also "Masquerade". So get your ballgowns at the ready and dust off your tux's for a night of mystery and intrigue with a bit of Bad Taste thrown in for good measure.

If you don't want to participate in the fancy dress, please note that the dress code for this event is smart casual - no jeans, trainers or t-shirts. Masks are encouraged for everyone (though not compulsary) and there will be a prize awarded for the the best.

Food - A finger buffet will be provided as part of the ticket price.

Competitions
Fancy Dress - Prizes will be awarded to the best outfits on the night. Masks - We're encouraging everyone to join in with the Masquerade and wear masks on the night, (though not compulsary) and we'll be awarding prizes for the most creative home-made design.

Fans - These are often used as seductive props in burlesque shows, teasing the audience in the art of the "hide and reveal". Have a go at designing your own to be in with a chance of winning a special prize!

Pimp Your Bear - Get your power tools at the ready for this modding competition. Drill, saw, glue, sand and paint your figurines to create a whole new bear with the theme of "Mystery and Intrigue".

Prizes - We'll be awarding some special Gold and Silver Fanny figurines for the winner and runner-up in each competition. These special bears will also be up for grabs in the table games along with a Limited Edition Fanny Print.

Meet the BTB Creator - Peter Underhill will be painting an original acrylic painting of Fanny on the night to give away to one lucky winner! Pete will happily chat to anyone who has any questions about the bears, but please remember he does not bring his pens with him, so will not be signing anything.

Raffle - All tickets get a free entry to the raffle.

Sneak Previews - Get an early preview of the forthcoming bears before their official release to the rest of the world. But shhhh, it's a secret.

Tickets - Tickets for this event are £30 each. On ordering your tickets you will have the option of purchasing an event bear and a Fanny for £25.

You will be able to order your ticket from the Online Store on Monday 9th February at 7:00pm

Event Bears - Overseas Members - Whenever we hold an event we're contacted by a number of overseas members, enquiring whether they can purchase the Event Bear. With collector bases growing in countries that are sometimes on the other side of the world, we'd like to help our overseas friends - and hopefully they will soon be able to have their own events too!

As we have events taking place in the UK, Germany and Austria, we will only be able to offer the event bear to members who are outside of Europe - and only if there is any stock remaining after the event. The bears will be available for £75 each (+p&p) from the Online Store. Further details will be annouced after the event.
